Objectives

The ABE Certificate in Travel, Tourism & Hospitality programme provides a pathway through which students aspiring to management roles in the sector can develop a combination of key business skills and industry knowledge in prepration for the varied and demanding careers which the industry offers.

Students who have successfully completed the certificate can use the combination of business and vocational subjects which they pursued as a route to rewarding employment or as a stepping stone to further study in colleges.

Assesment Method

Coursework - includes lectures, tutorials, projects, discussions, written assignments and tests. Students are required to make use of relevant websites and the Internet for research and reading purposes for self-directed study. Students, thus, must have access to their personal e-mail and an Internet account.
